United States Postal Service New Mover "Welcome Kit"
When a new mover completes a change of address form with the United States Postal Service, an advertisement for your newspaper is included in the postal service's "Welcome Kit." These packets are the first piece of mail received by new movers at their new address.
The "Welcome Kit" includes helpful tips on moving into a new residence along with coupons and advertisements that help new movers establish all of the necessary services for their new home.

NSS partners with utility connection services that offer movers a "one-stop" approach to registering for utilities and services at a new residence. When a consumer orders newspaper service with a participating company, the subscription is processed through the NSS Program.
